Open Branch office in Romania

If you want to establish a subsidiary or branch office, or obtain a Romanian tax number for your Hungarian company, you will need to obtain the following documents:

• Registration Certificate
• Articles of Incorporation
• Specimen
• Actual Trade Register Extract
  
• Residence Certificate from Home Tax Office
  
• Certificate from Bank, that company has ther bank account

In addition to these, we also need copies of the owners' personal IDs. Personal documents do not need to be translated, but corporate documents must be translated into Romanian by an official Romanian translator. We can assist with this process as well. Once the translations are ready, the company's executive must travel to Romania to sign the incorporation documents. After the subsidiary is registered by the trade register, they will need to return for the opening of the Romanian business bank account.
