Documents needed 

You need to choose about five possible names for your company, in case some of them will be rejected. The name of the company shouldn’t contain the word Romania, and it isn’t allowed to contain numbers.  

• ID Card or Passport
• 3-4 Company Names
• Activity of the company - Check NACE List here
• If there is No adresse in the Passport or ID Card, you need to get an official domicile document
